About David Ripplinger
David Ripplinger- Associate Broker.
David has lived in the Seattle area for almost 20 years. Originally, he was born and raised in North Dakota, his family having a long history of farming and construction.
David is a Veteran of the Armed Forces, serving over 15 years. He served in the Army, Army National Guard and the Air National Guard, respectively. He was stationed in Germany for three of those years and completed his service in 2002.
David received numerous awards and accomodations during his military career.
David has attended community college and many technical schools; civilian and through the Department of Defense.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, David was employed at the Boeing Company for seven years. David`s job at Boeing was in the final assembly of the 777, his positon was an electronics installation technician.
Real Estate Background
David became interested in Real Estate in the mid-1990s and has been a Real Estate agent since 2000. David and his wife, Cindy have invested in numerous income properties in and around Seattle. David has assisted many buyers and sellers in attaining their real estate goals. He is very familiar with the many different Seattle neighborhoods and their unique characteristics. David has built his reputation on quality of service with a personal touch.
David is active in his community; serving on the board of the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, member of The Rental Housing Association (RHA-PS), member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus and many other associations.
David and his family currently reside in the neighborhood of Magnolia.
Interests and Hobbies
David and his family love living in Seattle and also spending time at their Snoqualmie Pass cabin in the Cascade Mountains. He enjoys outdoor activities the most; hiking, biking, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and he loves going out for walks with his family and playing in the park with his daughter, Nadia. David also looks forward to going to the Ellensburg Rodeo each summer. David loves to read about current events and politics.
