Let me explain, David is the only Broker I have met who can actually close a deal, get the offer signed, period. David works more angles than I have ever heard/seen another Broker work, he has the insight to do more to get your property sold, not just “Open Houses”. I can also say David takes every transaction very seriously, and will look out and represent you as a buyer or seller.
